Fundraising/Community Involvement-This committee is responsible for securing sponsorships for productions (outside of grants), developing/managing a fundraiser for each production for the cast, and brainstorming ideas for both fundraising and marketing. This could include social media, print, billboard, radio/tv, and video, event planning and more. The group works closely with the Education committee to partner with local schools to assist in these activities. This committee also identifies a community involvement project for each show cast to give back to the community.

Grants/Finance-This committee is responsible to analyze and evaluate the financial needs of the company, set budgets for committees and overall operations. The primary goal for this group will be to work on applying for grants for the organization. Grants may cover production costs, workshop/education costs, and more.

Education-Education Committee is in charge of organizing workshops, cultural and educational opportunities on behalf of The Stage Theater Co. They will work closely with the Finance/Grant Team to identify programs to have a grant written for specific events. Works with local schools to develop partnerships for projects within the community, and more. They will also work on the new junior learning program for growth coming in 2025.
